Guide to Using the Tagify iOS App at Alliance Beverage
The Tagify iOS app streamlines the creation of professional signage, enabling users to design and manage tags efficiently. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to help you navigate the app's features effectively.
1. Launching the Tagify App
Download and Install: If you haven't already, download the Tagify app from the App Store. - Alliance Beverage owned iPads have the app pre-installed
Sign In: Open the app and enter your registered email and password to sign in. If you don't have an account, contact your local Tagify administrator to receive an invitation.
2. Creating a New Project

Start a Project: Tap the "+" icon located on the right side of the screen to create a new project.

Name Your Project: Enter a desired name for your project to keep your work organized.

Select a Customer: Choose the appropriate customer from your list. It's mandatory to select a customer, and all your customers should be available within the app. Note that Swing sales representatives have access to all customers.

Choose Material: Select the material for your tags.

Select Tag Style: The app offers four distinct styles for tags. Choose the one that best fits your branding and requirements.

Search for Brands: Utilize the search function to find and select the brands you wish to include in your project.

Select Package: After choosing a brand, pick the specific package that corresponds to your needs.

Enter Pricing: Input the price for the selected package.

Add Alt-Text: Use the alt-text field for secondary style descriptions, such as the brand and style (make and model). For example, for Bell's Brewery, the alt-text could be "Two Hearted Ale."

5. Finalizing and Submitting Projects
Complete All Tags: Ensure all tags are filled out with the necessary information.

Preview or Make Project: Once satisfied, tap the arrow in the upper right corner.
Preview: View the project before finalizing.

Make: Submit the project to the graphics team for printing.
Making your project will also email you a completed PDF of the project
Print: Tap the down arrow in the top center of the app, located next to your project name, this will provide you the option to print the project

6. Important Considerations
3x3 Wine Tags: Currently, 3x3 wine tags should be submitted through eoStar as usual. The Tagify app will be used for creating standard 1.25" x 2.75" price tags.
Shelf Strips: For 11" and 3x3 shelf strips, continue using eoStar.
Project Saving: Projects are automatically saved for up to five years, allowing you to build a library of templates that can be revisited and edited as needed.
Creating Branded Projects for Reuse: You have the option to create branded projects or compile "heavy hitters" (popular items) for future use. Utilize the duplicate function (swipe left - yellow icon) to streamline this process.
