Manager Dashboard Mileage Tracker
The manager dashboard allows you to see your all of your team's mileage entries, or you can filter and get specific ones from your team members. It also allows you to check the status of their entries such as location, time, and miles driven.

After logging in, you will be brought to a screen that is similar to the one above. In the top bar, you have the options of looking at your manager dashboard, or you can see click User Dashboard and see what your team see when they are entering miles. The first options for filtering are filtering by date range. You can simply click one of the Filter by Date Range options at the top of the dashboard and the filter will be automatically applied. Right below that, you have the option to the Filter by Employee and sort order. To filter by employee, select one of your team members names from the drop-down and then click Filter. The process for sorting is the same, simply select an option and click Filter. The mileage entry table is sorted newest to oldest by default. Entries contain information such as username, date, time, mileage, and coordinates. Entries that are near known customer locations will show Good for the review status, and if an entry is made that is not near a customer's coordinates, it will be marked for review.

When you are looking at the Mileage Entry table, you are able to review any punch by click on View Details. This screen will be expanded on eventually, but for now it will show you all information related to the punch, as well as a Google Maps frame of where the entry was created from.
