Installing and Configuring Microsoft Authenticator To install the Microsoft Authenticator app onto your phone or tablet, you will need to search for it on the app store... After installing the app and opening it, you should see something similar to the screen below, and you will just need to select Add account From this point, please choose the option to add a work or school account. After that, select the 'Sign In' option and enter your Alliance credentials. These credentials consist of your Alliance email address and the corresponding password you use to access it. If you see the following screen after signing in—and this may occur if you have Authenticator set up on another device—you'll need to input the displayed numbers into your other Authenticator app. If you encounter any issues while trying to enter these numbers, or if you don't have access to your other Authenticator app, click the "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" button located below the numbers. From there, you can select the text or call option, as illustrated in the screenshot on the right. After successfully entering the verification code and adding your account to the app, you'll see the screen displayed below. To finalize the process, simply click on "Finish." Upon completing these steps, the app will redirect you to its main page where you'll see your Alliance account listed. This confirms that the app is fully configured. You can now use the Authenticator app to verify your identity, approve VPN sign-in requests, and perform other authentication tasks. If you encounter any errors while attempting to add the Alliance account, or if you have any questions regarding the Authenticator app, please email support@alliancebeverage.com to create a help desk ticket. Our IT department will be happy to assist you..
