Roadnet - Free up file space on the database
If anyone working in RoadNet receives the following error on import into the program, here is how to free up space on the database.
Open roadnet using the standard login credentials (UN/admin PW...)
Click Maintenance
Navigate to Tools>DB Maintenance>Delete Routes
Enter a number for the first radio button (36 Months has been used in the past with success), and click OK
Depending on how much data needs to be deleted, the process will take 5-10 minutes, be patient. You will receive a pop-up saying, effectively, "Maintenance Complete".
All done... have them try the import again.
