Reinstalling eoTouch Apps onto Apple Device
The eoTouch apps cannot be searched for within the App Store. If you had an old phone with those apps and then upgraded to a new iPhone, this article will show you how to reinstall those eoTouch apps. Additionally, this article should be helpful if you wiped your phone and are looking to reinstall eoTouch.
1. First, find the App Store application within your phone and open that.
2. Once within the app store, click on your user icon in the top right (This will just be your initials if there is no picture present).
3. From here, navigate to the section titled Apps, and click on that.
4. Once you are within the Apps section, you will just have to search for eoTouch, and the application(s) should appear below the search bar. You will then just have to click the cloud icon to reinstall. However, if you are still unable to see the eoTouch app, please put in a support ticket as we may need to send you a new download code.
5. After those apps have installed, you will just need to configure the settings before being able to successfully sync. Depending on which app you will be using, open up eoTouch settings as shown below.
6. Within eoTouch settings, you will need to enter the following information...
Web server: eostar.alliancebeverage.com
Database: alliance
Your handheld # (if you don't know this, email support@alliancebeverage.com or ask your manager)
And you will want to make sure that the secure sync toggle is turned on as well.
Also, if you are configuring the regular eoTouch app, you will want to change to App Mode to correspond with your position.
For example, with sales employees, this is the pre-sell mode, merchandisers would use the merchandiser mode, and drivers use the delivery mode.
**Drivers will also have to enter the password of 3710 into the password field before being able to sync as well. There is no passcode with the other app modes.
After entering the above information, you will be all set to sync and use the eoTouch apps.
