OnBase Plugin Missing from Outlook
If you open up the Outlook application and find that the OnBase plugin you usually see is missing, here are the steps to reenable it...
1. While within the Outlook app, click on File in the top left, and then navigate to the section called "Slow and Disabled COM Add-ins" and click that icon.
2. You should then see the window below, and if the Hyland Office Add-in (OnBase) is listed here, select it to be reenabled. However, if you do not see it listed, skip to step 3. This should automatically reenable the OnBase plugin so that it appears at the top of your Outlook ribbon, but you may need to close the Outlook app and reopen it for the changes to take effect.
3. If you did not see the Hyland Office Add-in present when opening the above window, back out to the File tab and navigate to Options in the bottom left
4. A new window will then open with a list of Outlook options, and you will want to click on the Add-ins tab near the bottom of that list.
5. After doing so, click on the "Go..." button at the bottom of this window.
6. From here, you will just have to check the Hyland.Office Add-in and press OK.
7. The OnBase plugin should then reappear, but if it does not, you will likely just need to restart the Outlook application by closing/reopening it.
