eoTouch Merchandiser - iPhone installation
This document will walk you through installing the eoTouch for Merchandisers application on an iPhone.

The app is not available in the normal iOS App Store. It needs to be downloaded and installed via a hyperlink, which should be emailed to you by your manager. If not, please email support@alliancebeverage.com and we will send you the link (each person needs a unique link)
- Tap on the Link. The App Store will open tap on Redeem. It will start to download after you hit Redeem. Once it is done downloading open eoTouchX for Merchandisers

- Three popups will appear:
- Allow eoTouchX to access your Motion & Fitness activity. (Tap on OK)
- Allow eoTouchX to access your location (tap on Allow While Using App).
- Allow eoTouchX to send you notifications (tap on Don’t Allow).
- Setting up and signing in
When you initially install the app, you’ll have to set up the connection settings for the server, as well as your Handheld #. The Handheld # is a unique number assigned to you. If you don’t know your Handheld #, contact your manager or IT support.
- Open the app and tap the gear icon in the top-right, and then select Settings.
- Match the Web Server and Database settings, and enter your Handheld #in that box, then tap the back arrow in the top-left.
- Web server: eostar.alliancebeverage.com
- Database: alliance
At each Customer home screen (bottom of the screen on iOS), there are a couple of extra options: Notes, Info, Directions, and Non-Service (you won’t use Non-Service)
- The Notes option will give show any notes left by the pre-seller.
- The Info option will give you info for the store, including contact information.
- The Directionswill open your default maps app and pull up directions from your location to the store.
- You can also access directions from the customer list screen by tapping the gray arrow on the right side.
